My Approach

The most essential element in counseling and especially with Humanistic Integrative counseling is the ‘Human’ element. The Humanistic Integrative Counseling approach caters to and acknowledges each client with different needs and that no single approach is sufficient.

As a ‘Humanistic therapist/ counselor’ my focus is more on the quality of the therapeutic relationship, rather than following any one theoretical approach. My approach systematically considers the whole person – mind, body and spirit, as someone who lives through the energy of nature. The method assists me to understand the complexities of the clinical situation, which include not only the clients’ internal world, but also their experiences within the wider scope of family and socio-cultural context.

I like to integrate multiple mindful activities including Art therapy, TRE exercises, play therapy and some soul searching methods of finding your own unique niche of satisfying your ‘inner child’.
