The person behind TWS is as human as one can be who lives by her passions and interests at her own accord. She is one who loves nature, travel, people, art, culture, writing, film & photography that have encompassed me in a more humanistic person giving her a reason to live and to direct her clients’ to make sense of their individual journeys that is mindful and
fulfilling for them.

I provide counseling for adults (male & female), teenagers and children. I offer a free 30-minute consultation (on the phone or in person). The first 2 sessions are involved in assessment. During this time, we can chalk out expectations against problems, and develop a rapport of how we can work together.
Counselling sessions can be short-term (with a minimum of 6 sessions) or long-term, depending on the client’s needs.
Most often when people come in for counseling they are much more aware of what is going on with them in their head (thinking) and are the least connected to what is happening at a deeper level (understanding feelings). Feelings are scary as they are an unknown territory. But, at the end of the day, it is more about accepting ourselves with all of that, and taking on a journey of self-discovery and self-actualization.
